Pokie Machines is for adults 18 and over. Credits have no money value and nothing pays a prize.
What credits are, and are not
- Pokie Machines is for adults 18 and over. Every visitor is asked their age before any machine shows.
- Credits have no money value. They cannot be bought, sold, given to another player or cashed out.
- Nothing on this floor pays a prize, in money or anything else.
- When your meter runs low you can refill it for free, once every few hours. You never have to pay to keep playing.
Breaks and the 24-hour stop
- Every 45 minutes of play, the machine stops to show how long you have played, how much credit you have staked and how much it has paid back.
- From that reminder you can stop spinning on this device for 24 hours. The stop cannot be lifted early; your credit stays where it is.
- Set yourself a time limit before you start, and stop when you reach it, win or lose.
Signs it is no longer fun
- You play for longer than you meant to, or think about playing when you are doing other things.
- You play to escape worry, or keep going to win back what you lost.
- You have started, or want to start, gambling with real money because of games like this.
